Dominique was quoted as saying, “when you consider the limitless influence of healthy men and women on our communities, families, churches and workplace, it is imperative that we pay close attention to the well being of our most valuable assets- the human being”.
Are you struggling with life and having a hard time pushing down the reality of what you have been through? Do you feel like you are in quicksand, and you will not make it if someone does not pull you out? When we go through hard things, we often cope by pushing it away or denying it happened, and that works for a while. But sooner or later, that wound will get infected until the infection spills out into your daily life.
Counseling takes courage. It can be hard to trust your therapist and challenging to share your pain with another person. Even taking the first step to reach out for help can seem overwhelming. I focus on hearing you and your story and providing a supportive environment that encourages a feeling of respect and honor for who you are and where you want to go. I love providing a safe place for people to grow. I have been in your shoes, and I want to partner with you on your journey of healing.
I am also passionate about helping individuals gain perspective and overcome challenges in their life. Assisting people to connect with their desires and passions is a powerful tool in transforming their lives. You were brave enough to look for help, now call and make an appointment today!
