A formal therapeutic relationship is only established after:

• Completion of intake documentation

• Confirmation of services by SOTM

This website is not intended for emergency or crisis situations.

SOTM Life Skills Center provides mental health and life skills services. All services are subject to:

• Clinical appropriateness
• Availability
• Insurance authorization (if applicable)

4. Payments and Insurance

Clients are responsible for:

• Understanding  their insurance benefits
• Copayments, deductibles, and non-covered services

We make reasonable efforts to verify benefits but do not guarantee coverage.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and materials related to the site, is the property of SOTM Life Skills Center and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission. DrDorLifeSkills and I PROFESS Model are copyrighted material, the property of Dr. Dominique Dor, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
